Verifying Insurance Coverage
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for the cost of our services to be covered in full or in part. In order to fully understand what insurance benefits apply and what to expect for co-pays and deductibles, please contact your insurance provider directly. Here are some questions you may want to ask:
Does my insurance plan include mental health benefits?
What deductible(s) apply and how much of any deductible is remaining?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for mental health services to be covered?
We provide information about insurance and accepted plans to help make your experience with The Get Well Institute as smooth and transparent as possible. Because insurance plans and individual coverage can vary, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your specific benefits, coverage, and any out-of-pocket costs. While we’re happy to guide you through the process, clients are responsible for understanding and managing their insurance coverage.
Payment Options
We can help with out-of-network claims for other insurance providers by providing a “Superbill” that you can submit to your insurance provider for consideration of coverage of “out of network” services.
Flexible payment options are available for those paying out-of-pocket. Forms of payment we accept:

- Check
- All major credit cards
We REQUIRE a credit card to be kept on file for service scheduling.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your therapy services. This estimate is provided before you begin treatment if you are uninsured or if you choose not to use insurance. The Good Faith Estimate will include the total expected costs of therapy sessions based on our agreed-upon fees and the frequency of sessions discussed. Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $100 fee.
