Seth holds a PhD from The Ohio State University and is a licensed Psychologist HSP-P.
Seth sees people who are seeking a kind of freedom – call it “emotional freedom” – from the habits, feelings, thoughts and memories that frustrate, discourage and distress. Seth’s work is in the service of helping you to take in, engage with, and appreciate more fully the life inside of and around you. If you yearn to move from a narrow to a more expansive place, from stagnation and repetition to movement and flow, from a sense of futility and oppressiveness to one of vitality and hope, then Seth is eager to meet you there.
Seth enjoys meeting and working with a diverse population and welcome inquiries from all. However, having worked previously with men, predominantly, in the Veteran population, and as a male-identified person himself, he is especially well positioned to help men, older men in particular, who may be experiencing aging and these times as challenging and troubling.
Asking for help – a simple yet difficult thing to do – is significant and commendable. With an individualized, collaborative, compassionate, and deeply respectful approach, from a foundation of humanistic psychotherapy, and with special attention to your goals and the therapy relationship, Seth will work with you toward the realization of your best possibilities.
